WISCONSIN’S WINTER MAPLE INSTITUTE is Saturday January 16 from 7:00am – 4:30pm at the Plaza Hotel, 201 N 17th Ave in Wausau Wisconsin. The EQUIPMENT TRADE SHOW will start Friday at 4:00. There is no entrance fee Friday. Saturday there will be a morning program, lunch, and information sessions. Topics of interest are Maple for Beginners, Mold in Syrup, New Grading System, Maple Sap as a Beverage, Maple Products and Packaging, Maple Bottling Techniques, and a Craft Workshop.
