MAPLE  POWER  SHAKE

  Try this Maple Power Shake as a snack or add protein powder to make it a tasty alternative to a quick meal......

  • 1 banana, cut into chunks.
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup.
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice milk or frozen yogurt.
  • 1 orange in sections.
  • 6 oz. vanilla yogurt.
  • protein powder, optional.

  Mix all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Serve immediately. NOTE: Almost any fruit such as strawberries and blueberries can be added, especially if frozen.
