- 1 banana, cut into chunks.
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup.
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice milk or frozen yogurt.
- 1 orange in sections.
- 6 oz. vanilla yogurt.
- protein powder, optional.
Mix all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Serve immediately. NOTE: Almost any fruit such as strawberries and blueberries can be added, especially if frozen.
